The spatial distribution of the 2000 global population density grid time series estimation is based on the reverse time series of the 2000 population grid; The time series estimation data of the population density grid in the Heilongjiang River Basin was obtained by cropping, which is from the first edition (GRUMPv1) dataset of SEDAC's Global Urban Rural Mapping Project. The grid is created by using population change rates over decades from the coarse resolution Global Environmental History Database (HYDE) database to project the GRUMPv1 population density grid in reverse.
